Until now the Polish Office Market has lacked clarity in terms of the classification of the office space quality. The terms Class A or B office space are often used but poorly defined. Rolfe Judd Architecture and CB Richard Ellis have co-operated over the last year to produce a guide to help bring clarity to this issue. The Modern Office Standards: Poland (MOSP) is the culmination of this research which we hope will be a useful guide to understanding and defining the quality of office space in the Polish
Office Market.
The MOSP guide is free to download and can be used throughout Poland by developers, occupiers, agents, architects, engineers and investors and in fact anyone involved in the design procurement and occupation of
office buildings.
Over time The MOSP guide will be developed with the industry as the market changes and further feedback from the industry is received - improving the guide and extending it’s life over the years to come.
During the course of our consultation we spoke to many major developers, who are listed opposite. We would like to thank all of these developers for their time and consideration in helping with this research and contributing to the details contained within the Guide.
